Shipping
Shipping and delivery of products is made within 1-5 working days in Greece and 5-10 working days in Cyprus, Balkans, Europe and the European Union.
For shipments outside Europe, the delivery time depends on the local network, customs etc.
In any case, check out the shipping track ID which will be sent to you, in order to track the progress of your order.
We ship all orders via Hellenic Post. If you require any other way for shippment, please contact us.
CAUTION: Our company is not liable for any duties or other charges possibly imposed upon importation of the products into the country of destination-delivery, while all other possible expenses will be solely and exclusively charged on you. In case of any claim or lawsuit against our site, due to your own fault, you are obliged to pay any fine or penalty imposed on us.  
 
Product returns
All orders can be changed.
You can change the product within 10 calendar days from the day of receipt.
It is first necessary to contact us by phone or by email.
 
The product should not be used and the packaging should be in the original condition in which you received it with all the parts and the forms that accompany it.
Returns is not allowed for products that are not in stock and there is a special order from the customer.
Each return must necessarily be accompanied by the necessary documents proving the transaction (sales receipt, invoice, etc.).
 
When there is no fault from mareora.gr side then the return shipping costs is charged to the customer
If the fault is ours, shipping cost of return  is charged to mareora.gr
The return shipping cost is charged to the customer, unless mareora.gr has sent a different product from the one selected. In the second case we pay for the return as well as shipping of the right product costs.

The return will be done only with the partner courier company or the agency will pinpoint you back.
Goods shipped by us wrapped in excellent condition and travel with the buyer's responsibility. They can only be secured by the purchaser's registration requirement and at his own expense.
If your products come into the faulted altered packaging should not accept receipt. If our company acceptance bears no responsibility replacement.
If any defect should before any return to contact us within 7 days and have the product purchase document and checked if the product will be informed whether they are accepted.
If the return is accepted the product will be replaced without any extra charge to the customer.

To avoid any inconvenience, you are advised to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order status of the products and their packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects ( damaged goods, wrong item ).

Products that have been used are not amenable to change or refund in any case.

Only in case of a fault or failure of the product material will consider the case of a change, if first confirmed the error by the manufacturer.
