All shipments are made via General Post, Speedex and BOX NOW. Delivery is usually made within 1 to 3 business days from the day your order is shipped, except for some remote areas of the country where the delivery time can reach up to 5 business days. You will be informed of the exact cost of transportation costs when you go to complete a purchase (Shipping Cost). Deliveries outside the EU are usually subject to customs clearance costs and import duties in the country of shipment and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The estimated delivery time is indicative and counts from the day of shipment. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from business days. The Company is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond its control. Undeliverable shipments are returned to us after one week. In this case, re-shipment will be charged a shipping fee.

In our company you have the right to return the products you purchased from us, within 14 days from the date you receive the products as defined in Law 2251/1994.
For any order cancellation or change of address or payment, you can send an email to [email protected]. This option is only available before your order is shipped. After shipping there is no possibility for cancellations or changes to your order
In case you want to return a product (withdrawal) you are only charged with the cost of returning it. To avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to check the condition of the products and their packaging at the time of delivery of your order in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. defective product, wrong product, etc.).
Returns are only accepted when the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without having been opened or used or their packaging has been tampered with or their tag has been removed, along with the retail receipt or invoice. Returns that do not meet the above are not accepted. Shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are NOT refundable.
Item Change: Products can be changed with any available different size or item.
Credit Balance Issuance: The credit balance is issued in the form of a Promocode and sent to you by email. It is valid for 12 months.
Refunds: Refunds are made within 30 calendar days from the moment you receive the notification email that the returned items have been received and inspected and your return has been accepted. Refunds are made only to the original credit card or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and type of credit card and may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. In the event that the order was paid for by cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the bank account you provide us. The Company is not charged for any costs of incoming transfers to the recipient's bank.
