Returns and Cancellation Policy

At our company, you have the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days from the date you receive them, as provided by Law 2251/1994.

For any order cancellation or changes to your delivery address or payment method, you may send an email to [email protected]. This option is available only before your order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

If you wish to return a product (exercise your right of withdrawal), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you inspect the condition of the products and their packaging upon delivery to identify any visible defects (e.g., defective product, incorrect product, etc.).

Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition in which they were received, have not been opened, used, damaged, or had their packaging tampered with, and if all tags remain attached. The products must also be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Product Exchange

Products may be exchanged for any available alternative size or item.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued in the form of a Promotional Code (Promocode) and is sent to you via email. The promotional code remains valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the notification email confirming that the returned items have been received, inspected, and accepted.

Refunds are issued only to the original credit card or bank account used to pay for the order.

Processing times vary depending on the bank and the type of credit card used and may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If the order was paid via cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be made to the bank account that you provide to us.

The Company shall not be responsible for or bear any costs associated with incoming bank transfer fees charged by the recipient’s bank.

Once we receive your return request and the completed return form, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request, together with instructions on how to arrange the return shipment.

After we receive and approve your return, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit issuance, or refund, as applicable.

Exchanges from Other Countries

For shipments to Cyprus and other international destinations, exchanges are available only upon prior arrangement and approval.
