PERSONAL DATA
In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal information. In particular, you must provide your real name, telephone number, email address, and any other information requested.
In addition, you will be required to provide payment details and confirm that you are the person referred to in the information provided.
This information is under no circumstances disclosed, transferred, or sold to third parties, unless required by a public authority (e.g., court order).

WEBSITE SECURITY
For the security of your personal data, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts and protects all data you transmit over the internet so that it cannot be read or altered during transmission.
When SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock icon to the left of the URL of www.mareora.gr, which you can click to view more information about the SSL digital certificate. You will also notice that the URL begins with “https” instead of the standard “http”, indicating that you are in a secure mode.
The SSL certificate is issued by the certification authority Let’s Encrypt.
The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol is currently the global standard on the internet for authenticating websites to users and encrypting data between users and web servers.
An encrypted SSL communication requires that all information sent between a client and a server is encrypted by sending software and decrypted by receiving software, thereby protecting personal information during transmission.
In addition, all information transmitted via SSL is protected by a mechanism that automatically verifies whether the data has been altered during transmission.
Your transactions in our online store are protected by modern security systems (RSA 2048-SHA256 / TLS 1.2 with AES-256 + Forward Secrecy, with modern web browsers), ensuring a secure transaction environment.
ORDERS
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Athens.
Prices and charges are stated in euros and include the official Greek VAT. If you are ordering from countries outside the EU, prices do not include VAT, and any prices shown in your local currency are indicative only, as the final charge is made in euros.
If your credit/debit card (or other payment method) is not in euros, the final charge will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
The Company cannot be held responsible for any difference between the local currency shown in the cart (for indicative purposes) and the final amount charged by your card issuer.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers if you do not complete your order.
In addition, a final quality check before dispatch may prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards. In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately and the order may be cancelled.
The Company offers for sale products that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
If a product appears unavailable, you may contact us at [email protected], and we will inform you when it becomes available again.
