All shipments are made via General Post, Speedex and BOX NOW. Delivery is usually made within 1 to 3 business days from the day your order is shipped, except for some remote areas of the country where the delivery time can reach up to 5 business days. You will be informed of the exact cost of transportation costs when you go to complete a purchase (Shipping Cost). Deliveries outside the EU are usually subject to customs clearance costs and import duties in the country of shipment and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The estimated delivery time is indicative and counts from the day of shipment. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from business days. The Company is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond its control. Undeliverable shipments are returned to us after one week. In this case, re-shipment will be charged a shipping fee.

MAREORA (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is a trading name of the Company with the name “MAREORA IKE” with GEMI number 145199901000, VAT number 800931240 and registered office in Vyronas, Attica, G. Papandreou no. 125, PC 16231 and website www.mareora.gr.
The Company and its services are available in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions and the rules posted on our website. The Company reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions and undertakes the obligation to update this text in the event of any change or addition to the terms.
Orders placed through the online store constitute distance selling contracts, which are governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force) as amended by Presidential Decree 131/2003 (Government Gazette A’ 116/16.05.2003) and Decision 31619 Governement Gazette 969/22.3.2017.
The user has the right to place a valid order through the online store, provided that he is legally competent in accordance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (provided that he has reached the age of eighteen and is not under judicial protection with regard to the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. The company reserves the right to claim the return from the supervisor or guardian of any orders placed by legally incompetent persons. ORDERS
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Athens. Prices and charges are in euros and include the official Greek VAT. If you are ordering from countries outside the EU, prices do not include VAT and the prices displayed in your local currency are only indicative as the final charge is in euros. If your credit/debit card (or other payment method) is not in euros, the final charge will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. The Company cannot shall be held responsible for any difference between the local currency displayed in the cart and the final amount charged by your card issuer.
All orders are subject to the Company's acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers if you have not completed your order. It is also possible that the final quality check before shipping an order may prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards. In this case, the customer is immediately informed and the order may be canceled.
MAREORA offers for sale products that are in stock and immediately available for shipment. In the event that a product is expected soon from our suppliers, the indication "SOON AVAILABLE" appears below the item. In this case, you have the option to pre-purchase the product by contacting our customer service department to receive the product as a priority, at the moment it is received by MAREORA. Your pre-purchase rights are the same as for any other purchase from MAREORA. Alternatively, you can simply enter your email in the “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” field to be notified of the arrival of the products you are interested in via email. In some cases, products that are in high demand may be out of stock again by the time you receive our email.
Some products may only be available upon request, which means that they are ordered from our supplier based on a specific customer order. In this case, the product will be marked "ON ORDER", however it cannot be canceled and returned (except in the case of a defective product) and cash on delivery is not applicable as a payment method.
