Shipping Methods

All shipments are carried out through ELTA, Speedex, and BOX NOW.

Delivery is usually completed within six (6) business days from the date your order is dispatched. For certain remote areas of Greece, delivery times may extend up to ten (10) business days.

The exact shipping cost is displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase (Shipping Cost).

Deliveries outside the European Union (EU) are generally subject to customs clearance fees and import duties in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

The estimated delivery times are indicative and are calculated from the date of shipment. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and official Greek public holidays.

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, international customs procedures, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Undelivered shipments are returned to us after one week. In such cases, reshipment will incur additional shipping charges.

For orders placed from Cyprus and other international destinations, please use the English version of the Company's website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number provided by the courier service, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
