Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via ELTA, Speedex, BOX NOW, or FedEx.

For deliveries within Greece, orders are typically delivered within six (6) business days from the date of shipment. Deliveries to certain remote areas may take up to ten (10) business days.

For deliveries within the European Union, orders are typically delivered within 7–15 days from the date of shipment.

The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

The estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are calculated from the date the order is shipped. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and official public holidays in Greece.

The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, international customs procedures, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Undelivered shipments are returned to us after one week. In such cases, reshipment will be subject to an additional shipping charge.

For orders placed from Cyprus and other international destinations, please use the English version of the Company's website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number provided by the courier service, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
